Playing Career

I played for the Augsburg chess team in the Chess Bundesliga, where I faced many 2700+ players and gained valuable high-level experience. At the end of 2015, I became a Grandmaster, and in 2018, I earned the official FIDE Trainer title. These experiences shaped the way I coach students of all levels today, from beginners to professional players.

From Competition
to Coaching

As I was growing up, I realized how much I enjoyed teaching and sharing my knowledge. That passion led me to pursue coaching professionally - and it remains my greatest motivation today.

Coaching Experience

Every student is different, so I never use the same approach for everyone. Whether I’m working with a beginner or a Grandmaster, I build the training around the student’s level, goals, and individual needs.

A proud coaching moment with GM Aleksandar Indjic at the 2023 Serbian Championship, where he became Serbian Champion.

A special moment with IM Josiah Stearman, one of my earliest and most talented students, rated 2461.

From my first Chessable course, To Trade or Not to Trade, where I explain how to trade a bad piece for a stronger one.

Career Highlights

Second place at the 2019 Serbian Championship in Belgrade.

Exciting draw against GM Ante Brkić in the Sarajevo league.
